基本上引进的都没有达到大家当初所预期的效果。
三、自主研发
自主研发分两类，一类是土八路，按自已的理解根据一个数学模型进行PLC的开发，然后在实际应用中不断的完善和修改，这类厂商大多在一到两年后就会碰到是否要推翻现有体系结构重新开发的问题，产品的局限也比较大。
另一类是维新派，主张洋为中用，通过消化和吸收国外的技术再自行开发，这类开发一般成功的机会的比较大，起码能成为产品，但这类厂商都会因为对引进部分的吸收周期而使自已的设计受到限制，需要经过两轮研发后才能真正的理解和破茧而出。基本上我个人属于这一类，因此也比较看好这一类厂家的成长，因为可以看通整个PLC产品发展的历史和规律。
四、变化
近几年PLC技术的大力发展尽管还没有一家厂商可以高调的说自已代表了国内的PLC行业，但这个全民的开发过程使PLC技术深入到了一大批的研发工程师脑海里，很多工程师开始采用PLC技术去实现未PLC的产品。也就是说很多专用控制器也开始采用PLC技术，将PLC可编程的灵活与专用控制器的结合在一块这在未来几年会派生出相当多的类似产品。
我们也在这一方面开发了一些类似的产品，我个人比较想把仪表做为PLC技术内嵌的一个方向。
上面的四条路分别代表了当今PLC厂家的四个方向，如果说谁一定能成功，谁一定会失败，我不好乱下结论，但我更希望是自主研发的厂家更多一些，只有这条路艰辛漫长，但也只有这条路是可以选择的方向多，可以坚持的时间长的。
这一阵子和很多做市场的朋友谈话，原来的一个合作伙伴给我讲了讲长尾理论，我觉得深合PLC行业的发展要求。
根据长尾理论，在网络时代和信息爆炸的现代社会，并不是只有名能赚钱，第二名能存活，而是会有一条长长的尾巴，在第三名到百名都将存活并还能得到利润。这是因为现在的宣传方式和营销方式使小公司也可以有声音发出来，而客户的个化和行业的更加化会需要更多的厂商来提供服务和产品。
PLC行业是一个细分特别多的行业，至今我们已做了近百个行业的设备控制了，但我仍不能找到一条能把这近百个行业归纳起来的简单方法，每个行业每种设备都有其独特的工艺和控制要求，更多的PLC厂商会更加深入的接触行业，而不像前两年一样，大家都想把PLC放在超市里面卖。
